This exciting workshop will be held on the evening of MONDAY,  DECEMBER 14th, starting at 6:30pm at St. Mary's Church Hall in Rensselear, NY (across from K-Mart) . This is a private, 2 hour workshop, led by cast members from the current Wicked tour!  FOR ADULTS AND CHILDREN. 

Cast members from Wicked will teach the students (aka CAPS friends, cast, families)  a short dance combination from the show. The emphasis will be on acting out the song using dance movement to tell the story. Students will then be taught correct audition techniques including introduction and etiquette, at which time the cast members will hold a mock audition in which students will perform the dance in small groups. This is an outstanding opportunity to hone both dance and audition skills, and the workshop is appropriate for all ages and skill levels! There will also be a Q&A session at the end of the workshop.

 

Cost for the workshop is $30 per person. Due to licensing regulations, we cannot allow casual observers, however, you may audit the workshop for $30.  Enrollment is limited, and reservations are being accepted on a first come, first served basis.   To reserve your spot, email CAPS at caps@nycap.rr.com or call 788-1311.  Payment is due by June 1. (Reservations must be confirmed via email or phone before payment will be accepted.) Any reservations not paid by June 1 will be forfeited and offered to the next person on the list.
